This spinach was planted August 27th and is now ready for harvest. The wire is for deer protection.

Digging Sweet Potatoes

Time to dig my sweet potatoes.
The vines are removed and set aside.
Start digging. There's a couple of nice ones.
Done.

Here are some of the bigger ones. One weighed 3 lbs 6 oz. A total 65 lbs from 12 plants
